These terms cover the use of the Lumederm website and requests made through it. They do not replace the information and consent you receive in person before any treatment.

The website

The information here is offered in good faith and kept up to date as best we can. It is general information about our services, not medical advice for your situation. Prices are starting points and are confirmed at your consultation.

Booking requests

Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm your booking within one business day. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know in good time.

Consultations and treatment

Every treatment begins with a medical consultation (150 CHF), credited toward the treatment you go on to have. Aesthetic treatments are self pay. Medical dermatology is billed through basic insurance where it is indicated.
